Job Description
• Monitoring a sample of incoming and outgoing calls and evaluating the performance of customer service representatives regarding the quality of service provided (script - behavior during the call).
• Evaluating the call on the Score Sheet after each call and sending it daily to the supervisor for necessary analysis.
• Ensuring customer follow-up by customer service representatives to resolve their issues within the specified time.
• Assisting in analyzing customer complaints received by customer service and working on them.
• Accompanying customer service representatives during the call Side by Side.
• Participating in training new employees on the basics of customer communication and problem-solving. Policies, systems, processes, and procedures.
Job requirements
Education: bachelor's degree
Experience: 1-3 years
Communication Skill
Office M/S
Preferable working in Education field
